Covid-19 Precautions

"OUR PRIORITY IS HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES."

Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you that in this challenging pandemic process, which is caused by the COVID-19 virus and experienced at a global scale, we have taken all precautions at the highest level for the health and safety of you and our employees.

The measures we have taken in accordance with the circular published by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism are listed below.

Measures taken and practices:

  • Our hotels provide service with the "Safe Tourism Certificate of the Republic of Turkey".

  • At the hotel entrance, the body temperature of all of our guests is measured and recorded, and check-in procedures are performed according to the rules of social distance. Our guests will fill in a form for Covid-19 and receive an information brochure.

  • The luggage will be disinfected in its own area and, on request, guests will be helped to carry the luggage.
  • Upon request, our guests can receive gloves, masks and hygiene sets at the reception.

  • In order to be able to use the elevators in accordance with the social distance rules, markings are made in the elevator and written information is provided. In addition, call buttons and elevator interiors are often disinfected.

  • All common areas have been arranged according to the social distance plan. Necessary measures have been taken and markings have been made regarding social distance. And, according to the plan, more guests than the capacity are not allowed to enter the hotel.

  • All public areas and toilets are frequently disinfected, hand disinfectants and antiseptics are provided and records for the traceability of these practices are kept.

  • While the public areas are used by guests who live in the same room or in the same family, the social distance rule is not aimed at for each other. During the use of common areas by the guests staying in the same room or of the same family, no social distance condition will be required for each other.

  • To ensure the safe use of environments such as fitness and spa, a reservation system is applied and the number of people who use it at the same time and the duration are limited. The relevant areas and devices are cleaned with hygienic material according to the standards after each use. In these areas, products such as soap, shampoo and shower gel are made available to guests for single use.

  • Beach towels are provided to guests in closed bags or by the responsible staff.

  • The distance between the dining tables is 1.5 meters and the distance between the chairs next to each other is 60 cm. The service staff pays attention to observance of the distance rules and avoidance from contact during service.

  • Our open buffets are rearranged to prevent contact and the food you choose will be served to your plate by our kitchen team.

  • Objects such as dining tables, chairs, service items, sugar, salt, spices, napkins, menus, etc. are cleaned after every use. Hygiene cleaning is carried out using alcohol-based products.

  • Periodic maintenance of the ventilation and air conditioning system and other tools, devices, materials, equipment such as washing machines and dishwashers have been carried out and the necessary sterilization has been provided.

  • Frequent contact surfaces such as door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, electrical buttons, POS devices, TV remote controls, telephones, towel cards, room cards or keys, water heaters in the rooms are often cleaned with disinfectant and records will be kept for traceability.

  • All our rooms as well as frequent contact surfaces and devices such as telephone, remote control, water heater and door-window handles have been cleaned and disinfected with UVL treatment. Our rooms will remain empty for 12 hours before you use them, and will be offered to you for the first time after cleaning according to the rules.

  • Single-use booklet materials and information forms will be used in the rooms to the extent possible.

  • Closed areas are often ventilated. Air conditioning / ventilation system filters are changed frequently.

  • Grey litter bins with lids were placed in the staff's usage areas and in the common areas of the facility. It is stated that these litter bins are only intended for materials such as masks, gloves, etc. and that these wastes are not combined with other wastes during disposal.

  • Cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen and related areas, all kinds of devices and equipment used in the kitchen, counter and storage areas are provided, and traceability records will be kept.

  • The cleanliness and hygiene of pool water, pool and beach surroundings are provided to the maximum extent. The chlorine content in outdoor pools is between 1 and 3 ppm and in indoor pools between 1 and 1.5 ppm. Records for the traceability of regular measurements are kept.

  • In the event of a possible COVID-19 case, the guest is transferred to one of the special rooms defined for the isolation. The guest is informed about the "COOPERATION COMMITMENT OF GUESTS FOR COVID-19 PRACTICES" and a clear consent and approval is obtained from them. You will be asked to stay in your rooms throughout the quarantine and call the reception to meet all of your needs, including meals. Information that the guest's meal can be brought into the room is given to the guest by the Front Office Manager.

  • As a result of new legal regulations, there may be some changes in our concept for the 2020 year. For this, our guest relations and reception department will be at your service 24/7.
